Outside of tulips I think my favorite flower for spring is lilacs.   These lavender lilacs will give you a lovely floral for your decor.   Quite easy to paint and this design moves along quickly.  The surface is available.

In my part of the country, come fall, it's apple time.  We have an abundance of apple orchards with various types of apples.  My traditional favorite is Golden Delicious.  With that warm and golden yellow hue, they are hard to pass up.  This design is a wonderful design to paint on a plaque or a tray to add to that fall decor.  This surface is not available from me.

I chose to paint this design on an antique aluminum bucket to set on my porch for the fall season.  Would look wonderful on a plaque set into a fall wreath as well.  In so many ways we all are very, very blessed.
